After 15 years as a start-up creator and business owner, I am happy to advise entrepreneurs from the idea stage to Series B.

 

I commit myself to helping your business like a partner would do over strategic, operational or financial questions.

My experience:

-  running a pioneer in SaaS and AI software trying to create an AI for knowledge work in 2008: I had to narrow our field from a generalist product to a vertical one (intelligent text editor) and to narrow our market from all knowledge workers to lawyers and legal professionals;

- launching the first App to get instant help from people nearby (2011), gathering more than 2m downloads in France: we had to master marketplace's liquidity, operations, customer success and monetization & much more;

- recruiting from pre seed without financing and traction to hiring world-class performers for an App that had significant traction;

- raising funds in pre seed, seed, Series A & B or negotiating an exit;

- consistently hiring top performers and setting up the right culture in the company.

From all this experience, I know that it takes time to grasp a few realities while at the same time your time & runway are limited.

 

My goal is to help you figure it out the best way to frame your roadmap to success, following the path of my alumnis who collectively raised more than $70m (Cap collectif, Billy, Bridge, Memorizer, Charles.co...) or joined the most promising french companies at key roles.
